1. Scope of Consultancy & Advisory Services

Technical Advisory Terms

TechConsult ("Company", "we", "our") provides senior-level technical advisory, software architecture reviews, full-stack code audits, database optimization, and SaaS infrastructure cost reduction.

Advisory Role: Our consultations deliver strategic engineering guidance, architecture blueprints, and best-practice recommendations. We operate in an expert advisory capacity unless a separate custom software engineering agreement is executed.
Professional Standards: All technical analysis, recommendations, and roadmaps are crafted according to modern enterprise software development standards.

2. Plan Purchase, Sessions & Communication

Booking & Call Protocol

Plan Purchase Required: Direct 1-on-1 consultation sessions and expert call access are provided upon selecting and purchasing an active consultation plan.
Session Delivery: Consultations take place via secure video conference (Google Meet / Zoom) or dedicated call options enabled after plan confirmation.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointed time directly through your dashboard or by emailing business@depto.in.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to join the scheduled consultation within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session is marked as completed.

3. Plain-English Satisfaction Guarantee

Guaranteed Value

We take immense pride in our technical expertise. If after completing your consultation you feel the session did not bring actionable technical answers or strategic value to your product, notify us within 24 hours of session completion at business@depto.in to receive a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Client Code Rights

You maintain 100% sole ownership over all proprietary codebases, trade secrets, business logic, and intellectual property disclosed or developed during your consultations. We maintain strict non-disclosure obligations across all client engagements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Legal Boundaries

Technical recommendations are provided in good faith based on industry standard practices and information provided by the client. TechConsult is not liable for third-party hosting server outages, external API vendor modifications, or unvetted code modifications deployed independently by client teams.
